EMPLOYMENT HISTORY:

Prior to becoming an Community Association Manager with Ameri-tech, Joe was the
Manager Community Planning with Hillsborough County, Fl. He was Responsible for Community Plans, Design Team, Developments of Regional Impact, Community Development Districts, Development Agreements, Annexation, School Siting, Brownfield’s, State Legislative tracking. Value of infrastructure created approximates $200M/year.

Before coming to Florida in 2000, Joe was Deputy Director of Planning and Urban Development and Capital Improvements Manager for the City of Akron, Ohio
